These terms (the «Agreement») govern the use of the O!Dari website (the «Site») and order placement. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By placing an order or registering on the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2. Services description

The Site provides services for the sale of flowers, bouquets and related goods with delivery in Nakhodka and Primorsky Krai. Bouquet composition may slightly differ from photos due to seasonality.

3. User obligations

Provide accurate recipient and delivery address data. Do not use the Site for illegal activity. Do not share authentication credentials with third parties.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted via YooKassa or T-Bank. After successful payment, the order moves to «Paid» status and enters processing. A 54-FZ receipt is sent via email or SMS.

5. Refunds

Refund of a paid order is possible until it moves to «Assembling» status. Refund of fresh-cut flowers after delivery is not provided (goods of proper quality, Art. 25 of the Consumer Protection Law). In case of defects — exchange or full refund within 24 hours.

6. Liability limitation

The Site is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, errors in the recipient's address, or their absence at the address.

8. Agreement changes
