This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») describes how O!Dari processes personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006.
1. Data we collect
First name, last name, phone number, email, delivery address, order history, IP address and browser technical information. We do NOT store payment data — it is processed by payment gateways (YooKassa, T-Bank).
2. Processing purposes
Performance of retail purchase agreements, order delivery, order status notifications, marketing communication (only with separate consent), legal compliance.
3. Third-party sharing
Payment gateways (YooKassa, T-Bank), delivery service, SMS provider (SMSC.ru), hosting (Yandex Cloud). Data processing agreements are in place with each contractor.
4. Retention
Customer data — until deletion request (or 3 years after the last order). Payment data — per 54-FZ requirements (5 years).
5. Your rights
You may request a data export, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing legal@odari.shop. Response within 30 days.
